  1. Well at least tofu isn’t on the list of stuff to eat. Fish and chicken are good but you run out of options on ways to fix them. I recently had laser prostate surgery and prior to the surgery, my PSA was 3.69. After the surgery it was 1.79 so it seems there may be a correlation with the surgery and PSA drop. At least I hope so.
