Even though you sleep seven (or more) hours a night, it doesn’t mean that it is quality sleep. “Patients may say to me, ‘Oh, I’m sleeping seven hours, but I’m waking up exhausted.’ So that’s a clue about the quality of sleep,” said Dr. Naidoo. 

A night of good sleep in very important for your health, because it can improve your concentration and productivity at work, keep your body in good shape, lower the risk of heart disease and inflammation. Moreover, people who get quality sleep are happier and peaceful. 

You can improve the quality of your sleep by avoiding unhealthy foods before bed, keeping your bedroom clean and trying to fall asleep every night at the same hour.
