As strange as it sounds, if you have a good appetite but you’re not exercising at all, it may be because your body is producing too much ghrelin, a hormone that makes you feel hungry. Their ghrelin levels and appetites were analyzed and the study found that exercise had a “positive effect on reducing appetite which is related to reduced acylated ghrelin responses over time.” So, if you just can’t stop eating, no matter how many snacks you enjoyed during day, maybe it’s time to start moving your a** so you can regulate your appetite.
