A study published in the Journal of Sport and Health Science researched the connection between exercise and the immune system. It found that, “Acute exercise is an immune system adjuvant that improves defense activity and metabolic health.”
The study also found that “Habitual exercise improves immune regulation, delaying the onset of age-related dysfunction.” So, it’s quite simple: if you’re just sick of getting sick, incorporate in your daily routine some exercises so you can boost your immune system.
