Why Am I Feeling Tired All the Time? (5 Little-Known Reasons)

A sedentary lifestyle can translate to many serious health conditions. However, probably one of the first signs of inactivity is extreme fatigue. So, you shouldn’t say, ‘I’m too tired to go for a run…’ You should actually say that ‘I’m exhausted, so I’ll most likely exercise in the morning.’

Most doctors agree that a sedentary lifestyle is often associated with unexplained tiredness. This is probably because of chronic fatigue syndrome.

Several studies said that those with chronic fatigue syndrome have low endurance and strength levels, that this may actually limit their exercise. Ironically, the same studies concluded that chronic fatigue syndrome patients could minimize fatigue by exercising more.

Switch sedentary behaviors with active habits to combat tiredness!
