Simple Habits That Can Improve Your Mental Health

Regular exercise 

There’s a connection between your mind and body and exercising can increase the number of “feel-good” chemicals in the brain, improving memory, and sharpening thinking skills. It also enhances focus and concentration and works as an excellent outlet for stress.

 

Meditation or yoga 

While yoga and meditation are technically different practices, the latter is an integral part of the former. In fact, the two methods are very similar—and thus produce many of the same benefits. These two practices are recommended especially when you’re more likely to develop mental illnesses.
