5 Signs You Are Eating Way Too Much Sugar

The temptation it’s big when we are in a shop with cookies, candies and sweets, anything that has sugar. We can’t avoid sugar, it’s everywhere. Sugar it’s addictive and probably many of us have a problem with sugar overdose. If you can’t control yourself, you will have some bad side effects. Take precautions! So, if you don’t know by now that you already have a sugar problem, here are some signs.

When you think about what you eat every day, you realize that sugar is a part of your diet.

Sugar it’s everywhere! In your cereal, maple syrup or milk with rice. Yes…you start your day with sugar.

An excess of sugar in your bloodstream can lead to all kinds of physical symptoms.

Like so many other excesses, sugar overdose leads to dreadful headaches. You feel like you have a hangover and this it’s all because of sugar.

But weight gain doesn’t always occur with too much sugar in your bloodstream.

When your glucose levels are high you will urinate frequently, and this will lead to a weight loss.

Too much sugar can trigger a hormonal imbalance that causes skin outbreaks.

According to Rebecca Kazin, M.D. of the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery, insulin spikes from sugar consumption can cause acne and rosacea outbreaks.

Your taste buds are your ultimate betrayers in the war on sugar.

The more sugar you consume, the more your taste buds adapt, meaning you’ll be wanting to add more sugar to your meal simply to get a sweeter taste from it.
