Power up your probiotics

Probiotics, the healthy bacteria found in fermented foods like yogurt can reduce your blood pressure. A recent study found that people who consumed probiotics saw their systolic blood pressure minimized an average of 3.6 points and their diastolic minimized 2.4 points, of course, compared to those who didn’t. Experts say that the effects of probiotics are modest, but they may play an important role to aim a healthy lifestyle.

 

Eat out less often

According to a report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Americans are eating too much salt in large part because restaurant add so much of it. Maybe you are trying to make healthy choices when you order something at your favorite restaurant, but you can know for sure the amount of salt they are using, so you better start to cook more often, because you know precisely what you’re eating.
