These days, most people working a 9-5 office job hardly remember to get up from their chair for hours.
A recent study found women between the ages of 64 and 95 who spent more than 10 hours a day sitting and didn’t combat the sedentary habit with at least 30 minutes of exercise daily had cells that were biologically eight years older than those of more active women.
