In our country, acne is the most common skin disorder, but others are more severe. Psoriasis, for example, is an autoimmune skin disorder, and, according to the National Institutes of Health, it affects up to 7.5 million American citizens.

Many factors can trigger psoriasis flares, but medication and stress are the most common ones. This disorder manifests differently for each person. Some may even be affected by cold and dry weather.
