Okay, if you’re keen on yoga combined with meditation or other techniques, that’s great. But if you’re the average American that wakes up thinking about the long day ahead or checking your phone, turning into a guru over night seems overwhelming.

Just find at least 10 minutes every morning to be with yourself, to relax, to think about beautiful things. Forget about your phone, about rushing into traffic or about your annoying co-workers. Let it all go for a moment. You’ll be amazed by how relaxed you’ll feel later on.
