Extreme fatigue

Feeling tired after an intense workout is completely normal, but if this fatigue of yours is constant even when you’re not physically active, it may be an obvious early symptom of rheumatoid arthritis.

Note that some RA patients had breaks of this type of tiredness, but, what was pretty common in most is that fatigue was accompanied by a feeling of illness or depression.

Morning stiffness

Another sign of early rheumatoid arthritis is morning stiffness. In its early stages, this stiffness lasts for a couple of minutes, but, without the right treatment, it can worsen quite rapidly. Most RA patients are dealing with stiffness after prolonged inactivity, such as sleeping or sitting for several hours.
