3. You just can’t catch your breath

Approximately 31 percent to 40 percent of COVID-19 patients said that they couldn’t catch their breaths. When a shortness of breath strikes, you will experience an “intense tightening in the chest, air hunger, difficulty breathing, breathlessness, or a feeling of suffocation,” according to the Mayo Clinic.

It is completely normal to experience a shortness of breath when you’re trying to push your limits while exercising. Also, you may struggle with an anxiety disorder without even realizing it, therefore you won’t be able to catch your breath.
