Get enough sleep

The Mayo Clinic recommends that adults get seven to nine hours of sleep each night. Otherwise, you could become sleep deprived. Sleep deprivation puts people at greater risk of diabetes, depression, obesity, high blood pressure, and heart attack. Even if you get the recommended amount of sleep, your quality of sleep could suffer if you have sleep apnea. So get evaluated if you’re always tired during the day.
