Cash or Credit?
Using your credit card to pay for groceries is definitely easier – but not healthier too. If you buy an extra chocolate or junk food and pay in cash, you’ll feel more guilty because you can actually see and feel the difference in your wallet, which triggers an alarm in your subconscious brain. Paying by card, though, doesn’t allow you to see or feel any difference right in that moment, which makes you tempted to buy even more.
