11. Opt for aromatherapy

Using certain essential oils may be beneficial when it comes to your not-so-healthy sleeping habits. Nowadays, many people turn to aromatherapy when nothing seems to work, and just like listening to relaxing music, there’s not that much effort involved in it either.

12. Change your sleep position

Another factor that may be the culprit of your sleepless nights is your body position. As we all know, there are 3 main sleeping positions, namely on the stomach, side, and back.

Not too long ago, health experts thought that back sleepers experience the best sleep; however, new research disapproves. The same research says that back sleepers could experience sleep apnea, blocked airways, and snoring.
