A Japanese study proved that ‘coffee naps’ make you much more productive than just regular ones. The study participants consumed 200 milligrams of caffeine (two cups of coffee) and right afterwards take a 20-minute nap. Apparently, when they woke up, they were much more alert and productive than those who simply took a nap without coffee.
