8 Ways You Can Support Someone Grieving During the Coronavirus Crisis

Ask them what they need

Sometimes, all you have to do is to ask them what would help. “Don’t assume that what may have worked for you in your grieving process will work for everyone else,” Ortega said. “Never impose what you know works for you on them. Always ask permission.”

So, when you see that someone is grieving you should ask them how you can support and help and what they need. Of course, if they do not know what they need at that moment, you should make suggestions and ask if this is what they need.
