Vitamin D deficiency

Unfortunately, people who avoid the sun, have lactose intolerance, or follow a vegan diet are more likely to suffer from vitamin D deficiency. This type of vitamin is essential for your body to work properly, as it helps fix calcium. Calcium is also crucial for strong bones and dental health.
