1. Green urine

We bet you haven’t really thought of urine when you’ve read the first paragraphs of the article, and green urine most definitely didn’t go through your mind either. But, a man from Chicago experienced it. Imagine how he must felt when he first saw it…

He soon found out that green pee can actually be a pretty rare side effect of certain medications. The 62-year-old Chicago man was in the hospital when he noticed that his pee is turning green. He was hospitalized because he had high levels of carbon dioxide in the blood and was being treated accordingly.

After being placed on a ventilator and given propofol, an anesthetic, he started peeing green. The doctors reassured him that this happened due to propofol and, although it is really rare, it’s not impossible. Thankfully, the issue goes away as soon as the medication is stopped.
