“All of us experience stress, but if you find that your levels of stress or anxiety are increasing or becoming difficult to bear, this can be more concerning. Make sure to take care of your mental health and seek help from your doctor or another professional if stress or anxiety is getting in the way of your day-to-day life,” Favini explained.
