Stress can damage your energy levels, especially if you haven’t been catching enough zzz’s. In some cases, fatigue from stress can become so intense that it develops into what’s known as chronic fatigue syndrome.
People with this syndrome aren’t able to relieve their symptoms through sleep and find it even difficult to work and take part in social activities because of their tiredness. Researchers haven’t been able to discover the exact causes of chronic fatigue syndrome, but it’s possible that stress can trigger the condition due to high inflammation in the body.
