A migraine is a neurological condition that is accompanied with multiple symptoms but is often characterized by intense headaches because your migraine can cause a pulsing sensation usually on one side of your head. The main problem is that your migraine comes with nausea, tingling, difficulty speaking, vomiting and extreme sensitivity to sound and light.
The diagnosis of migraine headaches is determined based on clinical history, reported symptoms, and by ruling out other causes. The most common categories of migraine headache are those without aura (known as common migraines) and those with aura (known as classic migraines).
Usually, medications can help prevent certain migraines, but it’s better to try some healthy remedies before taking drugs such as staying in a quiet room or placing something cold over your forehead. Check out these remedies and tell us what you think about them!
