Due to these times of fear and uncertainty, people are spending more time in the comfort of their own homes. Unfortunately, self isolation and social distancing are the most effective ways to keep you and your family safe against coronavirus, but staying at home for long periods of time could have serious consequences on your overall health.

Spending time outside can reduce depression, improve your mood and even lower the risk of certain types of cancer. Exposing yourself to coronavirus is not a good idea, but neither is self isolation and sun deprivation. That’s why you should rethink the way you used to spend your free time: say bye-bye to Netflix and hello to Mother Nature.
