The more baby boomers mature, they have to put up with the challenges of aging. It kind of makes sense now why healthy living and regular check-ups with your doctor are more important as time goes by. The more you grow older, the more you are at risk for several chronic conditions, including diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s.

Healthy living is the most important aspect for the members of the baby-boomer generation. This name is attributed to the 76 million people born from 1946 to 1964. Research shows that many of them who eat healthily, stay active, and avoid tobacco use will significantly lower their risk of developing many chronic health conditions.
