Chapter no. 8: The COVID-19 vaccines require more than a single shot
In fact, all but one of the vaccines (which is now in Phase 3 clinical trials in our country) use two shots. The CDC points out that the first shot is for building protection, while the second one followed a few weeks later, depending on the vaccine is required to get the most protection the vaccine has to offer.
To sum things up, one shot of a COVID-19 vaccine is not enough to reach full effectiveness. So, if you’re scheduled for the COVID-19 vaccine, don’t hesitate…
