Sudden Headaches
Headaches can be a sign of dehydration, indigestion, sleep deprivation and even temperature changes. Most of the times, there’s no need to worry about them.
However, if you’re having constant headaches with no apparent reason, it’s time to be worried. If your headaches are unbearable, they could hide an aneurysm or a burst blood vessel. Other serious causes are meningitis and shingles.
“A sudden, severe headache could be a sign of a more serious, life-threatening condition. Up to six percent of the population could be living with an unruptured brain aneurysm,” Cleveland Clinic explains.
