We all experience certain short-term symptoms that seem insignificant, such as headaches, stomachaches or other various pains, but these things can actually be important signals that warn us that our health is not really good.

According to a recent study done by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), more than 13 percent of American women experience poor health, and this percentage is significantly higher than for men.

“Chronic and sometimes subtle symptoms can be the most important to pay attention to when it comes to protecting one’s future health. Sadly, these smoldering, persistent chronic health conditions affect more than 40 percent of the U.S. population,” explained anti-inflammatory health coach Jenny Carr.

Some studies show that nearly 80 percent of people who suffer from autoimmune illnesses, such as psoriasis, Crohn’s disease, and rheumatoid arthritis, are women. However, some diseases can be prevented or combated if you adopt a healthy lifestyle and pay attention to your body signals.

Here are some poor health symptoms that women shouldn’t ignore! Read on for more info!
