How To Combat Pandemic Burnout

After two long years, the Covid-19 pandemic continues to disrupt our lives. Even though we’ve reached a huge milestone once the vaccine was discovered and put on the market, the number of people who are experiencing pandemic burnout is increasing.

The goal is to carry on with our lives while following the protective guidelines, but we can’t overcome a certain sense of exhaustion that we’re dealing with. What can be done against Covid-19 fatigue? The “World Health Organization” (WHO) has defined pandemic fatigue as an important factor of demotivation and exhaustion that messes with the demands of daily life during this crisis.
