According to Naik, the intense sweetness of Coca-Cola (that results from high sugar content) should make any person vomit as soon as it enters the body. Blood sugar levels are dramatically increasing within 20 minutes of drinking cola, causing a burst of insulin. The liver turns high amounts of sugar into fat.
