Of course, a massive amount of coffee will completely put you back on track, but it might not ever let you get off it. It can mess with your sleep schedule and nervous system, so watch out for how much coffee you drink. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition conducted a study on how much coffee we should drink.
The results showed how that six-eight-ounce cups or more per day can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease by 22%. There’s another 2013 study by the University of South Carolina that showed how men and women under 55 years old, who consume an average of more than 28 cups per week (four per day), were closely associated with death.
