12 Beverages You Should Stay Away From

Although they are a genius invention, they are mostly full of preservatives and contain more sugar than you’d normally add to any homemade drink. These beverages contain an outrageous number of teaspoons of sugar in 250ml, which is dangerous for our health.

Just imagine that nine out of 10 pre-mixed spirits don’t have on-pack sugar information, so we might doubt how much we know about what we drink. Instead of buying a twist-off margarita, try mixing tequila with lime juice and soda at home. It’s a much healthier version and the advantage of all this is that you know exactly what you’re drinking.
