Apple/Cranberry Juice
Not all fruit juice is bad for you. Drinks with added sugar are the ones you should stay away from—and if the label says “juice drink,” definitely set it back on the shelf. Apple and cranberry juices are two examples of drinks that are heavy on sweetener and light on nutrition, even though they sound healthy.
Other Options: 100% grape or cherry juice

So much junk food out there in the marketpkace. It can be difficult to stay away from comfort foods. The upside: staying healthy longer…
I hate mustard but need ‘moisture’ in my lettuce rolls== I have olive oil mayo.
How about make your own mayo? Fresh and requires a lot of activity. Work out more and less consumption.
Only had 2 of these items in my fridge and am going to throw them away now!
Thanks a bunch very good information.
Its ironic that in the entry for tonic water, you show a bottle of Fever Tree tonic water. It is the only tonic water that does NOT use high fructose corn syrup. It uses natural cane sugar syrup.
