Best Diet Tips for Insulin Resistance

As you know, insulin is a hormone made in your pancreas and it allows your body to use glucose for energy. This type of sugar can be found in many carbohydrates. The American Diabetes Association (ADA) estimates that up to 50 percent of people with insulin resistance and prediabetes will develop type 2 diabetes if they don’t make lifestyle changes. Try to adopt these diet tips for insulin resistance!
