  1. Also use almond milk rather than cows milk for your coffee. The almond milk cost less than cows milk and almond milk, derived from almonds has the health advantage of probably decreasing the risk of certain types of cancers.

      1. Chaplain John "Rich" Schlalos

I drink mine black also. It’s hard to tell a good coffee with all these additives in it. You might as well buy cheap old coffee if you’re going to add stuff to it.

  2. I add 2 shots of rye whiskey every morning.Great way to start the day!!!!!!!!!!! Healthy too !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. almonds require exorbitant amounts of water to grow … milk is truly FOOD even if it IS a mammal’s other than human. Try to get raw milk, my state (NY) says no, but check the stats on raw milk safety. I drink it often, up to a gallon, YES , gallon a week.

    1. Have been using raw milk for years now. SO MUCH BETTER much more pleasant taste. It is food. The substitutes, read the ingredients. Think. Natures food or science. Then choose.

  4. Joanne E Marron

FRONK: If you are highly allergic to almonds do not drink this milk. A reaction can come on at any time you drink it which could range from mild to life threatening. Try soy milk or stick with cows milk. Good luck and enjoy!! 🙂

  5. Coffee is literally liquid poison. It is a cardiac stimulant and triggers arrhythmia, and the oils in it are toxic to the cardiac and digestive systems.

  6. I put a bit of ground cinnamon on top of the grounds, a pinch of salt, too. Cinnamon is said to be an anticarcinogen, gives a good taste to the coffee.

  7. Try lemon coffee, this is the name I dubbed it. Actually I use 2 tsp. of apple cider viniger in my 1st cup. Keeps the arteries clean! Also reduces weight when you eat an avacodo each day…cut out all starches!
