15 Essential Tips for Coping With a Heat Wave

Never leave a child or a pet alone in your vehicle

You might need to run some errands downtown, but you’re confronting with a heat wave. No matter how much you might be in a hurry, make sure you don’t spend too much time in your car without the air conditioning on. Or even worse, leave your kid or your dog in your car while you run quickly to the market.

Check on your family

As we said before, having an air conditioning system at your disposal is really a life saver in times of extreme heat. But if you know a relative or a loved one doesn’t have any air conditioning system, make sure you regularly check on them.
