Befriend the air conditioner

If you have an air conditioning system at your disposal at home or at your office, congratulations! You are saved! But if you don’t, you can try visiting a cafeteria, your local library, or a movie theater and cool off for a bit.

No matter where you choose to stay, it is very important to avoid outdoors during times with high temperatures. Confronting a heat wave without a source of cold air might increase the risks of severe dehydration and thrombogenesis (blood clots), and it is especially dangerous for children and older people.

Of course, we recommend you to set the air conditioner at a decent temperature, not too cold, not too hot as well. Any fluctuation of temperature might harm you as well!
