15 Essential Tips for Coping With a Heat Wave

As we can’t emphasize hardly enough the need for water during a heat wave, we can also recommend you another life hack. The hotter is the temperature outside, the higher the risk for your body to dehydrate.

So in order to avoid that, you can cool off with wet washcloths on your wrists and neck, or with a cool sponge bath. Another effective way to avoid overheating is a cold water bottle spray or a facial mist.

When you feel you need to refresh your skin, just spritz some cold water on your pressure points and you’ll cool down your body temperature.
