Depression

Over 300 million people worldwide suffer from depression, according to the World Health Organization. There are certain ways to get rid of depression, or at least help manage it, but no real cure has been determined. That said, being depressed doesn’t doom you to heart disease.

But possibly due to correlations involving other lifestyle factors common in people with depression, depression and heart conditions have been linked.

Next, a light head could have a dark meaning…..

  1. THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT INFORMATION WHICH I NEED. I JUST FINISHED MY TREATMENT EXERCISE. FROM AUGUST UNTIL DECEMBER 16, 2019. I HAD A VALE PUT IN, IT IS WORKING JUST PERFECT. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE TO HAVE REGULAR HEART CHECK UP EVERY SO OFTEN. THE BODY GIVES SIGNS TO YOU WHEN YOUR HEART IS NOT TICKING RIGHT. ALL THESE SIGNS DID NOT OCCUR TO, ME. ONLY A FEW THIS.
THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THIS HEALTH TO ALL WHO DON’T UNDERSTAND, GOD BLESS.

I’ve been having pretty severe pain in my chest for 3 days I have Lupus and know about the lining of my heart but this seems a little different should I go have this checked out?

  3. BOTH my husband and I went for complete heart workups and tests – me with violent palpitations & very blood pressure, my husband with hand shakes and passed out. In both cases, we found out very little after 6 weeks of testing. Lots of sticking, polking and ‘here, take these pills’.
A, so called, cardiologist asks a few questions, sends you other places for tests, and after waiting and calling, and waiting and calling for results, for my husband, all he got was a bunch of ‘not really sure’ comments. For me, well ‘palpitations’ “could be caused by lots of things.” WHAT? OH . . . and, here, take these pills. We still don’t know what to do. AND, my tests were in AZ. My husbands in CA.

  4. My brother, 10 y/o than I , had triple by pass a few years ago. I think it was needed mostly because he had Egyptian, heart deficeit, Denial? But now he can not walk more than 100 paces before out of energy, needs a walker and is basiciqlly an invalid. So, I watfh, talk, ask questions with him and get little factual info, since he is trapped, and knows the pigeon hole he is found comfortable. Amwzing our: Best, most costly medical system delivers so much so late, with little prospects for improvement. Research, yes, person centered care No way. We are doomed if 45 gets another term to great Usa into the blackmhole further. He mostly, has a buoly big ego me right or you the highway, long road to perdeium? Jerzil thanks for listening.

  5. Mari, I know exactly what you’re talking about. It’s not only frustrating & ineffective, it’s also VERY disrespectful. I had congestive heart failure in 2019, & while most of my care has been good, I was starting to get treated like how you’re describing. So, for myself I decided I wouldn’t accept it anymore! As exhausting as it was, I jumped on every decision, every move they made & if it wasn’t sensible, reasonably convenient or if it didn’t put MY well-being as the top consideration, I made them stop & talk to me about it & explain themselves. I questioned them & MADE them accountable to me. After a while they learned this was the way they had to deal with me. You just have to be relentless & hold them to their word when they say they’re going to call. And DON’T let the doctors leave the room until all your questions have been answered. FORCE them to call your insurance & find out what’s really covered. You basically have to be a TOTAL BITCH, Mari. Accept nothing but the BEST ! You have to fight for good health care now. People will get away doing as little as possible for you if they can.
This is best advice I can give you. Make them answerable to you. They’re working for you, after all right? Good luck to you Mari

Good info. Had a triple bypass 5 years ago. What would be helpful in this article would be actual pictures of what blue/purple toes and spots under nails would look like.
