Commuting
From inhaling tons of exhaust fumes to being overly stressed and tired, commuting has plenty of downsides that increase cortisol levels and gradually attack your heart. Do your best to avoid rush hours, move closer to your workplace, ride by train or maybe even have a talk with your boss to work from home at least 2 days per week!
