9 Foods That Will Help You With Insomnia

1. Milk

Many people choose to have this drink before bed time, milk being one of the beverages which contains high concentrations of melatonin.

It’s also rich in vitamins.

2. Pistachios 

A whole variety of nuts contain melatonin and one of which is pistachio. But besides that they are filled with fibers, vitamins, antioxidants, but on top of that they are an AMAZING snack.

Other good nuts which can help you sleep unbothered are: almonds and cashews.

3. Grapes and goji

Both very rich in melatonin, however, it differs from each type of grape. For example: the climate, the country, the conditions under which it was grown and so on.

Besides the help they offer with the insomnia issue, they are also antioxidants and  anti-aging products.

4. Tart cherries

Besides a natural ”pill”, they are a healthy snack. Because of their characteristics they are very popular in the pharmaceutical branch and are highly recommended for insomnia among other issues.

They are also beneficial for heart problems and arthritis pain. Even though they can be very sour try combining them with some yogurt.
