Whole Milk
How can milk ever be a bad option? As satisfying as it is, calorie-wise, whole milk has way more than the rest of the cartons in the dairy aisle, and the extra fat it packs will raise your LDL (bad) cholesterol and lower your HDL (good) cholesterol levels, clogging your arteries in the long run.
Other Options: Almond milk, hemp milk or coconut milk

I hate mustard but need ‘moisture’ in my lettuce rolls== I have olive oil mayo.
How about make your own mayo? Fresh and requires a lot of activity. Work out more and less consumption.
Only had 2 of these items in my fridge and am going to throw them away now!

Its ironic that in the entry for tonic water, you show a bottle of Fever Tree tonic water. It is the only tonic water that does NOT use high fructose corn syrup. It uses natural cane sugar syrup.
