Myth #4: Diabetes has no symptoms
This is false. Diabetes has numerous warning signs, but, unfortunately, they are subtle. In fact, 25 percent of people with diabetes don’t even know they have it. Some early signs of diabetes include feeling dehydrated even when you’ve been drinking water, drinking more fluids than usual, frequent trips to the bathroom, feeling tired and hungry all the time, or losing weight without changes to diet or lifestyle.
