You snore
Snoring is an obvious sign of sleep apnea. This condition makes you choke, gasp for air and even stop breathing for a few seconds while you’re asleep. Most people used to snoring have no idea they’re suffering from that.
But if you wake up with a headache, you probably do. Sleep apnea decreases oxygen levels in your brain, which can give you quite painful headaches during the day! Talk to your doctor about it.

Those points may be starters, but Ibuprofen can raise blood pressure, as pointed out by one of my doctors.
We can’t always be sure if we’re snoring, and if so, what to do about it.
You forgot one of the biggest reasons for headache. The weather. It is not an old wives tale or anything like that. When the barometric pressure changes, either up or down, the blood vessels in our brains are affected..
