6 Poor Health Signs Men Shouldn’t Ignore

Women tend to say that men complain too much and cry like a baby when they catch a cold (otherwise known as ‘man flu’) or have a headache, but some studies have shown that men actually feel worse than women when they are sick because of hormones that increase their pain and symptoms.

In addition, some recent studies show that men are more likely to develop complications because of the novel coronavirus than women. Also, men generally have a slightly more chaotic lifestyle than women, namely that they don’t exercise much, smoke and drink more alcohol, and so on. That being said, all of these factors can weaken their immune system over time, making them more susceptible to developing certain diseases.
