You feel sick all the time

When you feel sick all the time, namely that you experience various pains in your body and symptoms more often than normal, your body tries to send you signals that something wrong is happening. If you feel sick continuously for a few days, it may be a sign that you are stressed or on a poor diet, but if your symptoms persist more than a few days, you are probably suffering from another serious disease that should be diagnosed and treated properly by your doctor.

“Somewhat subtle symptoms such as fatigue, low testosterone, slower metabolism, digestive disorders, joint and body pain, and skin conditions are common due to chronic inflammation. They become significantly more important to pay attention to over time as the inflammation builds and can turn into serious — or even life-threatening — conditions,” explained anti-inflammatory health coach Jenny Carr.

These symptoms can also be found in women, for more information read 8 Poor Health Symptoms Women Shouldn’t Ignore.
