Dr. Howard Sesso from the Harvard School of Public Health reminds us that although there are no proven benefits, yet, there are also no demonstrated risks associated with taking multivitamins. Basically, they won’t harm you, but they won’t help you that much either!

  1. For the cranberry I think they are wrong. I used to get UTIs frequently but since I started drinking plain cranberry mixed with pure pomegranate juice I haven’t had a single one. Also have shown decrease in plaque in my aorta.
