Even though eating fish is well-known for its health benefits, taking actual pills that include Omega-3s won’t do much good for your body. Furthermore, a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that fish oil capsules did nothing to prevent heart attacks, strokes or death in patients with risk factors for heart disease.

For the cranberry I think they are wrong. I used to get UTIs frequently but since I started drinking plain cranberry mixed with pure pomegranate juice I haven’t had a single one. Also have shown decrease in plaque in my aorta.
