1. Tension headaches
Tension headaches are the most common kind of headaches. They feel like constant pressure around the head, particularly at the temples. Tension headaches may be caused by contracting scalp and neck muscles, which is a normal response to stress.
2. Cluster headaches
They occur in groups or cycles and they feel like severe pain on one side of the head. Sometimes, cluster headaches also cause a watery eye, runny nose, or a nasal congestion on the same side of the face. Unfortunately, they may be genetic, and more men get them than women.
