8. Abdominal pain
A symptom of a stomach tumor could be abdominal pain. Most stomach cancer patients said that they sadly mistaken their symptoms for a common stomach virus. Dealing with a persistent abdominal pain or discomfort is not something to be ignored. Stomach cancer patients also experience a sense of “fullness” in the upper abdomen after eating really small meals.
“If you don’t typically have an issue with bloating and abdominal pain that’s not getting better, that’s definitely a warning signal,” says Bilchik. Pay attention to the sign and symptoms your stomach sends you, especially if you don’t usually have stomach issues.
